MamDron Information System Terms & Conditions of Use
MamDron Information System (hereinafter to as “MamDron IS“) represents a combination of Drone Console, the web application with MamDron App versions, designed for mobile devices and published on App Store and Google Play Store.
Information contained in MamDron IS is for general information purposes only and is of non-binding nature. Content of MamDron IS information shall not constitute any operational or other procedures required for UAV flights and is provided without any warranty. The MamDron IS provides information on UAV operation in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 of 24 May 2019 on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft, and in no way is intended to provide air navigation services, air traffic services or aeronautical meteorological services. No guarantee is given that the content of information with respect to the service provided by MamDron IS, is correct, complete, and up-to-date. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore solely at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You understand and agree that the service and information provided by MamDron IS is furnished on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and without a warranty of any kind. The R-SYS s.r.o. makes no warranty or representation and disclaims all responsibility and liability for whether:
- the service will meet your requirements, and
- the service will be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis,
- information obtained as a result of using the service will be complete, accurate, or verified, and
- viruses or other malware will be installed on your computer, software or other equipment due to your access to MamDron IS, and
- defects in the software used as a part of the service will be rectified.
The R-SYS s.r.o. does not assume any liability for any loss or damage of any kind caused by an inability to access to or to use the service of or any information provided by MamDron IS. The R-SYS s.r.o. is neither responsible for any damage whatsoever, whether in consequence of willful acts, negligence or other tort, arising out of, or in connection with your use of MamDron IS.
The R-SYS s.r.o. reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modification to the contents of MamDron IS, or to suspend or cease the service at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice. An access to and use of MamDron IS is solely at the free will of registered users.

The title and intellectual property rights, in and to MamDron IS including its content which may be accessed through use of the service is the property of R-SYS s.r.o. and is protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws. Third party’s contributions are marked, as appropriate. Any reproduction, processing, redistribution of part or all of the contents in any form, and any use beyond the scope of copyright is prohibited except for the purpose of printing or downloading the site extracts for personal and non-commercial use only. The names, logos and marks of MamDron IS are protected by copyright and property rights of R-SYS s.r.o.
